Service Terms

By engaging Ned Sites for website services, you agree to the following terms:

• A one-time setup fee is required before any work begins
• Monthly fees are billed in advance and cover hosting, maintenance, and support
• Services are provided on a month-to-month basis
• Cancellation requires 14 days’ notice before the next billing date
• No refunds are provided once work has commenced
• Content, access, and approvals must be supplied by the client in a timely manner

These terms are considered accepted once payment is made or written confirmation is provided via email.
